Our versatile Finger Joint Cutters support a wide range of timber heights. The standard pitch are 3.7 mm and 4.0 mm with the option of 3 finger joint teeth per block (2×1) or 4 finger joint teeth per block (2×2) or 7 finger joint teeth per block (3×4). They are produced with uncompromising high quality and accuracy to allow stacking up to accommodate various timber thicknesses. The user is also assured that the Finger Joint cutter will maintain its critical dimensions even after several regrinding process.

A standard Butt Joint cutter can be incorporated into the above Finger Joint setup to machine the finger joint profile with a but profile.

Standard CBK Cutterblocks are manufactured to accommodate corrugated knives with thickness up to 10mm. The serration of the blocks are produced to 60° with 1/16″ pitch.

TCT Corrugated Back Knife

We manufacture corrugated back moulder knives for profile cutter heads with precise positioning , angle 60°, pitch 1.6mm.

All serrated back knives are supplied balanced in pairs enabling them to run in high speed moulders like Weinig, Leadermac Kentwood, Gau Jing etc.

Standard angle is 60°, optionally 90° is available on request.

Knife thickness can be 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm.

TCT Thin Planning Knives

Besides the standard matt finish (11L) on the tungsten face, the mirror finish (11G) creates a sharper and more durable cutting edge on the tungsten carbide tipped (TCT) thin planning knives.
Special micron grade of tungsten carbide tipped thin planning knives are also available on request. This micron grade is highly recommended for machining abrasive solid hardwood like rubberwood and KSK species because of its high wear resistance properties at the cutting edge.

Debarker

Debarking is the process of removing the bark from logs. Our debarkers are manufactured using materials of the highest quality to meet the tough demands of the debarking process. Stringent process design and control ensure all our debarkers will perform with minimum failure.
